In this post, I provide recordings of me reading the book "Churning of the Heart, Volume One" by Swami Shivom Tirth. It describes Shivom Tirth's first-year as a resident of the ashram of Swami Vishnu Tirth Maharaj in Central India. The format is in large part question and answer, as two great minds, young and old, disciple and teacher, explore the universal lessons of Hindu wisdom.

I had a fun time visiting my friend Jeff English at his home in Santa Fe. In this video, he shares with me what Yi is and its importance in taiji. He says, "Yi gives you the ability and the power to be able to be in chaos with an open heart."
I recently visited my friend Michael Maricle who is a very talented musician. We shared tea and had a conversation and then he sat down and made up a song on the spot. He created a memorizing piece of music from nothing and played for 22 minutes. Luckily I was there to experience this and capture it.
I'm on a road trip from Santa Fe to the Bay Area in Northern California. Along the way, I visited my brother and his family in Palm Springs. I took the opportunity to play around with my camera and drone while everyone was spending time in the pool. Edited the footage into a quick video.
